Looking for a reliable Admin assistant / receptionist for our Johannesburg office


The ideal candidate should be presentable, be willing to learn and grow with our company and be a good team player.  

Minimum requirements:

  • Preferably have 3-5 years administration related and reception experience
  • An admin related qualification will definitely be an advantage
  • Excellent typing skills will be an advantage
  • Applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Own reliable transport is an advantage

Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • General office and administration duties
  • General typing and updating of client info
  • General filing
  • Operating the switchboard
  • Contacting of corporate clients
  • Salary range is market related
